Claude Bishop is an affiliate of D/A Financial Group, aiding the firm as a Certified Public Accountant. Claude became a Certified Public Accountant in 1974 and began his career with Haskins and Sells, which is now Deloitte & Touche, LLP. He then left Haskins and Sells to become Partner of Dunlap & Bishop Accountancy Corporation. His industry memberships include:

Claude is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and accounting, class of '72. Claude became a licensed CPA in the state of California in 1974. Claude is also a licensed general life agent in the state of California with a CLTC (Certified Long-Term Care) designation. Claude recently successfully completed the real estate salesperson's exam to become licensed for California. Claude enjoys running, golf, and the family dog, Elvis. Claude has two adult children and currently resides in San Rafael with his wife, Peggie.

Kelly L. Amato, JD

Kelly Amato is the President of (k) Consulting Group, a qualified plan consulting firm affiliated with D/A Financial Group. For more than a decade, Ms. Amato served as a pension consultant and regional executive for several leading U.S. institutions including CITIGROUP and UNUMProvident. She redesigned hundreds of qualified plans and delivered financial guidance to thousands of plan participants. With key insights into plan sponsor demands, Ms. Amato formed a firm designed to see each client through the complexities of managing a qualified plan. Today, with the same core mission, Ms. Amato works closely with a select number of small and mid-sized companies and their employees. Kelly is an active member of:

• American Society of Pension Actuaries (ASPA)

Kelly traveled extensively growing up in a military family. She spent many years in Europe and several Southeastern states before relocating to the Northeast. It was there that she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maine system. In May, 2005 Kelly earned her Juris Doctorate degree.
